• Process for Joining and Exiting a Member
  1. Types of Membership:
   Trustees – Key individuals responsible for the Trust
   Working Committee Members – Decision-making members
   General Members – Members who assist in general work
   Advisory Members – Guides who share experiences
• 2. Membership Application Process:
  Eligibility (Who can become a Member)
   Must be a true and honest Muslim
   Must adhere to Islamic ideology
   Must have no criminal record
   Recommendations from at least two current members are required

How to Apply:

• Recommendations from current members are voluntary
• Verification will be conducted
• The Secretary and President may add members directly to the group if they wish.
• Votes can also be obtained within the group.

• Process for Leaving/Expelling Members (Exit/Expulsion)
  Voluntary Exit
   Any member may resign voluntarily.
   A written letter must be addressed to the Secretary.
   Exit will be considered after approval at the next committee meeting. Expulsion (Expulsion)
• A member may be expelled for the following reasons:
   Indiscipline or misconduct
   Violation of rules
   Skipping three consecutive meetings without informing
   Legal offense or bringing the Trust into disrepute
   Misappropriation of funds
   Failure to pay membership fees or report any issues for three consecutive months
•  Removal Process:
   A show-cause notice will be sent
   A 7-15-day period will be given to respond
   An investigation committee will review
   A decision can also be made by voting at a meeting of all members

3. Terms and Conditions of Membership (General Terms & Conditions):

•  Trustee: As per the Trust Deed (often for life)
   Committee Member: 3 to 5 years (can be re-elected)
   Attendance at least 70% of meetings annually is mandatory
   Internal matters of the Trust must not be disclosed
   Truth, honor, and Working in accordance with Sharia is mandatory.
   Finance personnel will submit annual reports.
   This service is voluntary and is not remunerated.
• 4. Other Rules:
   Rules can be changed if necessary with the approval of two-thirds of the members.
   Any disputes will be resolved by an internal committee first.
   Sharia law or legal recourse will be adopted if necessary.
